Due to amendments made to the National Credit Act made in May 2015 it is now illegal to loan any money if not registered as a credit provider. This effectively makes staff loans given to employees by the employer illegal.

We offer a Staff Loan product which can be implemented in your environment. The product aims to provide more affordable, responsible access to finance for employees combined with training around the use of loan products to ensure over indebtedness of employees are eliminated.
